Unfortunately we are extremely busy at the moment and as over 90% of our products are cut or made to order we currently advise an estimated turnaround of 10 - 14 working days. Occasionally this time scale may not be possible but we will always do our best to adhere to it, all orders are shipped as quickly as possible.

 

The countdown will begin the next working day after you place your order so if you order on a tuesday the timer will begin wednesday, if you order on a friday night the countdown will begin on monday. This is to allow for orders placed right up until midnight on any particular working day.

 

 Your orders come off the printer around midnight so no matter what time of day you place it they will be included in that particular days orders.

If your order only contains prints or items we have in stock like ceramic moneyboxes, bags, sublimation paper etc they will generally be sent a lot quicker, if you order items we have in stock and acrylic or wooden items that need cutting your entire order will be held until it is complete unless you would like to split the order and pay extra postage, if this is the case please advise us after placing your order by emailing contactus@dmcraftblanks.co.uk and we'll send you an invoice to cover the extra postage.
