STORE POLICIES

Shipping policy

We aim to cut and fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but during busy periods we may need 7-10 working days to complete and ship your order. Occasionally this time scale may not be possible but we will always do our best to adhere to it and keep you updated. Orders are shipped using Royal mail postal services where possible but on bulk/heavier items we may use a courier service.
 
 

Refund policy
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please send us a photographic/video evidence to contactus@dmcraftblanks.co.uk and we will be happy to send you a replacement at no cost to yourselves. If you change your mind once you receive your order, you are welcome to return it for a refund at your own expense. Please email us at contactus@dmcraftblanks.co.uk to process the return. You will then be asked to return the order in its original packaging and resaleable condition to DM Craft blanks, 2 Northfield road, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 1JL. Once we have agreed the return and received the order back, we will inspect items for damage and if in a resaleable condition, we will refund the cost of the goods excluding postage.

If you have made an error or need to cancel or change your order immediately after placing, please email us at contactus@dmcraftblanks.co.uk so that we can stop the order and change/cancel it before it is created. If such time has passed since you placed your order that it has already been cut, unfortunately cancellation will not be possible.
