These Weightloss trackers are made up of two layers, the front layer is birchplywood, the back is single side painted white mdf. They measure 230mm x 210mm and have holes cutout to suit £1 coins. We have pre-engraved the back panel for you and sanded the front but you will need to glue/fix the two layers together (adhesive not supplied) as they will arrive flat packed. It includes a stand which is also supplied flat but slots together with no adhesive needed.
