These disks are a way to cherish and display mother and baby hospital bands, they measure 150mm and include an mdf stand. Made from 3mm thick plywood and hold standard size hospital bands. We will engrave personal details for you on designs 2 and 3, designs 1, 4 and 5 are supplied as the image above, if you don't supply any details we will only engrave the design not the personalisation. All disks are sanded to a smooth finish.
