Made from 18mm thick medite mdf, they measure 250mm x 180mm on the base and are available with or without a 3mm thick back. Back piece measures 250mm x 125mm and is available in unfinished plain medite mdf or white single side painted mdf (white mdf is suitable for sublimation).
 
Recommended time and temperature for white single side painted mdf is between 180-200C for 50-60 seconds.
Please note, these are guidance only as equipment, ink, paper and pressure varies.
 
If you select the option without a back piece, the base will not have a groove to give you more space to personalise with a name etc.
 
Please note as they are pre-order, if you order other items the whole order will be sent together when the advent calendars are ready.
 
They are available to hold chocolate balls, chocolate sticks or chocolate coins. 
If you don't intend to paint or add vinyl to the calendars they may require a small amount of sanding to remove soot marks produced by our laser.
