We will always display a banner at the top of the website giving you a guide on current turnaround times, we always try to get your order out as quickly as possible but if we get a surge in orders we may need slightly longer than advertised. we pick orders off the printer in the evening so day 1 will start the day after you place your order to allow for orders placed during that day. Dont let our advertised timeframe put you off, if it's a product we have in stock (such as cushion covers, tumblers etc) and nothing needs cutting, your order will be despatched quicker.

If you have placed an order and would like to add to it, please contact us via email, chat or on facebook so we can give you a code to remove the delivery charge. If your order has already been despatched we are unable to add to it so unfortunately postage will need to be paid on the new order.

We use royal mail to send our orders using tracked24 or tracked48 depending on the option you select at checkout.

Unfortunately because we are in a residential area, not commercial, collection isn't practical or possible.

Our postage and packaging rates are fixed at £3.89 for tracked48 and £4.69 for tracked24 no matter how much you order. If there's any extra cost, we cover it.

All of our products on the website have a description giving you the product size and shape and all of our sublimation products have time and temperature settings that are recommended by the product manufacturer.

All of our products are priced using the same formular and low profit margin. Because we are such a small business we don't receive any trade discount on any of our raw materials as we don't meet their thresholds for any discount, we pay the same price for a meter of wood or sheet of acrylic as you would from the same supplier so to keep our costs as low as possible, we only charge for the material used, we don't charge for design or machine running time.

Absolutely, we are not a business to business seller so you dont need to have a registered company to place an order.

All active discount codes are shared on our facebook group so please check regularly or post in the group to see if any are active before you place your order.

Absolutely not, we don't believe you should have to purchase products you don't need, if you'd like a single jump ring and are happy with postage prices you are welcome to order a single jump ring.

If you have browsed our collections and can't find a product you know we produce you will find a search bar at the top of the website if you are on a desktop or laptop, if you are on a mobile device you will find it in the menu by clicking the 3 dashes at the top right of your device. Simply enter some keywords of the product you are looking for, if we have it you should see it pop up.

Unfortunately free shipping doesn't exist, any business that tells you they offer free shipping has simply added the cost of shipping onto products increasing their prices in a "secret" way and more often than not sell products in packs of certain amounts to absorb the shipping cost, this is something we don't believe in so we don't do it.
